Claui offers:

• Landing pages
• Basic branding packages
• Website setup and deployment

Our services are productized and standardized. We do not provide:

• Custom software development
• Ecommerce platforms
• Membership systems
• Advanced backend applications
• Complex integrations unless explicitly agreed in writing

3. Project Scope

All projects are delivered according to the selected package. Unless otherwise stated:

• Projects include one (1) revision round
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Delivery timelines begin only after all required content is submitted
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information

Any requests outside the agreed scope may require additional pricing, extended timelines, or a separate agreement.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Claui does not store full payment information.

Projects may require full upfront payment or a partial deposit depending on the service. Work may begin only after payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• Refunds are generally not provided once work has started
• If a free preview was provided before payment, payment indicates approval to proceed
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case

Claui reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving scope changes, delayed client communication, failure to provide content, or subjective design preferences outside the agreed direction.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide all required content and assets
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure they own or have rights to submitted materials
• Avoid submitting unlawful or infringing content

Clients are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their website content.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client owns the final approved website content provided specifically for their business
• Claui retains ownership of internal systems, reusable components, frameworks, templates, processes, and proprietary assets

Claui may showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience. Delivery times may vary due to missing content, delayed approvals, scope changes, or technical issues outside our control. Claui is not liable for delays caused by third-party services.

9. Third-Party Services

Websites may integrate third-party tools including hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics providers, payment platforms, and form tools. Claui is not responsible for outages, security incidents, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claui shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Termination

Claui reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if the client engages in abusive behavior, fraudulent activity is suspected, illegal content is submitted, or Terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Claui operates.

13. Changes to Terms

Claui may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
