How do we submit a new project?
Once we're set up as partners, you submit via a simple project brief form we share with you. Includes: brand assets, copy, references, scope. We review and confirm timeline within 24 hours.
Do you offer a pilot project?
Yes. First project is at standard rate with no commitment. If the quality meets your standards, we talk partnership terms. If not, no hard feelings.
What's your revision policy for agency projects?
Same as our standard packages: Starter = 1 round, Multi-page = 2 rounds, Custom = 3 rounds. A "round" means you send one consolidated list of changes. Feedback should be compiled before sending—not sent piece by piece.
Can we get an NDA?
Yes. Send us yours or we can send ours. Either way, we sign before any work begins.
What file formats do you deliver?
Full source code in a ZIP or GitHub repository. HTML, CSS, JS files. All image assets included. You host it wherever you want.
Who handles hosting and domain setup?
That's between you and your client. If you need us to make changes post-delivery, we bill at $75/hour or you can purchase a maintenance agreement at $75/month.
Do you have a partner portal or dashboard?
Not currently. Communication is via email. We keep it simple and responsive. Most agencies find this works better than overcomplicated portals.
How many projects can you handle per month?
Currently 15-20 projects per month across all partners. High-volume partnerships discussed case by case. First come, first served.
