Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Claui uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when visiting websites. They help websites function properly and improve user experience.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Required for website functionality. Examples: security, form functionality, session management.
Analytics (optional, cookie-free)
If you accept analytics, we load Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not use fingerprinting and does not collect personal information: visits are counted in aggregate and you cannot be identified. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising or retargeting cookies.
Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Our site is hosted on Vercel, which may set strictly technical cookies to deliver the page securely. Form submissions are handled by Formspree (or Forminit), which receives the information you submit so we can reply to it; neither provider sets advertising cookies on your browser.
4. Managing Cookies
You can accept, reject or customise cookies from the banner, and you can clear the cookies stored by your browser at any time. You can also delete the data stored on this device with one click.
Your in-progress request form answers are kept in your browser's session storage for up to 24 hours (not a cookie, and not shared with third parties) so you do not lose your progress if you refresh the page.
Manage your cookie preferences: Use the cookie banner at the bottom of the page or click "Settings" to customize which categories of cookies you allow. Your choice is stored for one year and analytics only loads after you accept it.
5. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Updated versions will appear on this page.
